How do I care for my Parachute products?
Most of our linens and towels are machine washable. We recommend washing in cool water with a mild liquid detergent and tumble drying on low. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to maintain the integrity of the fibers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy for most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
