Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in clean, unwashed condition.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
